Poor service support.Office in Queensland so 1 hour behind when trying to reach support in a hurry. issues are not resolved first time around, usually 2 to 3 phone calls to get help even though I pay for a premium support service.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC in every sense.They lie through their teeth to get you signed on and when you try to get them to fulfil their legally binding obligations they pretend like they have absolutely no power or authority. They promise return calls for issues and don't follow through, they promise email confirmations and don't follow through.I would rather use a manual credit card swiper and an abacus than use this pathetic excuse for a business.Even their Australian CEO can't be bothered to clean up the messes made by their pathetic team.

Sales process was very informative, we spoke with Kylie. Super bubbly and friendly. Answered our questions. The system easy to use, easy step up. Bonus it arrived within a week of placing the order.

Chatted with two guys, Pat and Caleb. What Caleb didn't know, Pat did. Clear and concise information. Easy sale process, managed to get a great deal within my budget. So far, simple use and managed to set up my menu within an hour.

Most disgusting business ever. Don't sign up.Once your contract has finished they will keep charging you even if you cancel with them. They will tell you they will cancel it but then they keep charging you. I have now passed it onto the ombudsman to get my 8 months money back

Don’t buy waste of time and money bought new system been like 6 weeksNo eftpos machine received yet. They charged me for diverlect software. The machine don’t work don’t have the system been charged 55$ and they won’t refund. Poor customer service.
