The worst place for everythingI paid $140First of all they dont value people’s time, make you wait saying 15 mins 15 mins i wait for hell 1 hr 20 mins before work i was in my nursing uniform and i clearly told them i need to go to work then the lady started doing my nails i got SNS done did a terrible job i was already hell late for work i kept on reminding her about me having to catch train and asking her to do it quick for me but she was on her phone time and againMy mom did her pedicure and acrylic gel nails i told them coffin shape absolutely devastated when i came home and saw the nails were round shaped and the nail polish was not even done properly most of the nails were empty.You guys got one job to do cmon do a better job. This place definitely needs more experienced staffs and who knows how to speak English amd understand english because they accuse customers if they do anything wrong they accuse customers that they said something else in the beginning and changed their mind later.Definitely not a place to goTerrible!!!

Worst experience possible with underarm waxing!The room was so dirty, dust everywhere. She made me lie down, and put the wax straight on my underarm without cleaning it or powdering it. Her phone kept on ringing and she answered the call while doing the job and screaming on top of my ears. Didnt even move to the other side to do the left arm, she just moved on top of me!!DO NOT GET YOUR UNDERARMS WAXED HERE! ITS RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went to Venus Nails w/ my girlfriend and our experience was horrendous. They’re always short staffed. They work on a client’s nail and then leave them unattended & move on to another one leaving the 1st client in vain, when asked they just be like 5 mins & then they just take forever. Very poor communication. Nail works are just okay.

I visited Venus nails to do infills , I chose the colour the nail tech told me she used on my previous nails as a base for French tip i, however it was a lot more pink - purplish . As I noticed this I explained to the nail tech ( who is the owner) that it was a lot more pink-purple compared to the nude needed for French tip base . I then asked if I could try a more nude colour & she responded aggressively infront of other costumers & told me other customers were waiting & that I was taking a long time ( which I had not ) I had to wait for a while before my nails were even started on. She continued to speak to me aggressively & told me I was bringing trouble which I argued I just want to try another colour . She told me she’ll take all of my nails off so I can go & not come again.I am in complete shock as I would never think a change of colour of a base would result in such aggression. The lady next to me also confirmed she only heard me ask for a change of colour because it was pink - purple & was not as it was last time .Please do not visit this business , they are poor in customer service & will not only speak aggressively to you but also speak down to you

I came here n got my toes n nails done!! Firstly the nail polish isn’t the same on my toes!! Secondly my nails are another story! I had to go back again to get the design fixed n it wasn’t smooth!! The black was all chipping away!! N 2 weeks later they already grown out heaps like they didn’t put them on properly so they grown out quick!! My thumb n pinky nails are so badly chipped I will never came back here I’m even thinking of going in n telling them face to face as they need more experience so many bad reviews..

DONT GO!! worst experience of getting my nails done. The service was so bad. They made me waited over 40 minutes then worked on three people’s nails at the same time. There was ZERO Communication. The price list is misleading.

Worst experience ever..not professional at all..waited for more than an hour then somebody came and asked what I wanted to do then she asked me to sit in the manicure chair..then again she disappeared for about 20 minutes..she came back and asked someone to do my manicure..and she did my manicure literally in pedicure chair..after manicure she asked me to sit back in the same chair and someone else put the shellac nailpolish on in hurry..and it looked so uneven and odd..I complained but she didn’t say anything and did nothing.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I saw bad reviews and was hesitant on coming here but I did anyway as the price said $28 for acrylics. The man who did my nails did a terrible job. Was very rough when filing the sides, did not shape my nails evenly so some nails look wonky (I asked for coffin). For example, my right thumb nail is filed more on the right than the left so it looks like an oval-coffin hybrid nail. When I went to pay, the lady told me it was $40 so the poster outside with the prices was very misleading. Don't go here. I paid $60 once for acrylic full set at another salon and it was totally worth it. I want a refund for this.

I don't know what's with the negative reviews.The lady with long black hair in her 50s I think she is lovely and very well taken care of me. Foot message is aaammmmaaazzzzziiiinnngg.
