Extremely high level of customer service. I had an issue with a travel water filter I purchased for which this company was NOT to blame. However, they instantly resolved it and shipped a replacement immediately. Honestly, I have never experienced faster and greater customer care than from the team at the Aussie Berkey Shop. They also ship super fast.

Really impressed with their customer service. I purchased the Big Berkey which arrived promptly after I ordered it. I had an issue with the fluoride filters - they took the time over the phone to help me to troubleshoot the issue. When it couldn't be resolved they immediately offered to send me out a new set of filters at no extra charge and offered to prime them for me first so I would know it had been done properly. Great company that genuinely believes in the quality of their product and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of their customers. Highly recommended!
