Great food and service & well priced.

Had a sleeping bag zip replaced and when I collected and checked it, it was extremely tight and near impossible to match up to zip it close compared to the previous broken zip slider. She said the zip was old yet the previous broken slider worked fine. I tried a few more times to ensure it’s workable as it wasn’t zipping but she got very impatient for me to leave the shop saying she’s very busy (yep, the rest of us are not busy!). Very rude. I would NEVER recommend this service. When someone pays for a service and expects it, it’s not unreasonable to expect it delivered and if there are issues, just take the time to engage with the customer don’t chase them out of the shop, take their money than go into the back room just to get away from them (she stood close to an earlier customer with no issues at all yet kept telling me to move away supposedly due to covid). Disappointing!

Annie's attention to detail and workmanship is amazing. I've been having my clothes tailored by her for years. Ball gowns, jeans, work out clothes, she's capable at altering everything. I highly recommend her.

Good for basic hems, would not trust with larger or custom projects. Seat of trouser repairs were done without interfacing and came apart again in a couple of months. Also used Annie's to replace the collar on a coat- original size/shape of collar was not followed, and new collar stood up and would not lie flat.
