It has been over 2 months and not one of the staff initiated to contact me about the progress and call to make a session for installation . The audacity of this company to keep me wait for over 2 months for the curtains and blinds . Now my wait time is already over and no one has contacted me yet so far . I’ll take it to the ACCC because you all clearly violated customers rights .

I have requested time after time to finish up the issues still outstanding at my home. Nobody comes back to you even after constant emails and calls.It seems to be a very badly organised company with no care for their customers. As it is I have a damaged sofa (brand new) which was caused by one of their installers.I recommending going elsewhere before engaging with this badly run organisation.

Do not waste your money or time with this business. Appalling, I waited 8 months for blinds. They will take your money and and don't care about anything after that. Multiple stuff arounds from this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. Trust me, go to someone different! The contractors that fit the blinds are good, however they are contracted by kresta and the wait times for the blinds to arrive is just a joke. My blinds took 8 months to be installed because Kresta stuffed up initall measurements. I asked for a refund but they don't want to give money back or look after customers. They are very tight when in comes to looking after people. Go to someone local. Krestas products are all made in China. Lesson learnt - don't use Kresta.

Imported a Chinese blinds with atrocious service to match.The installer made a huge mess of my walls with dirty hand prints, didn’t have the necessary tools to vacuum up after himself, and even fitting some curtains to the wrong room.Lead time was about 8 weeks longer than they promised. VERY poor experience

Avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere or be prepared for faulty warped blinds to be installed. We’ve spent 4 months trying to get our blinds replaced. When I say warped, I mean Venetian blinds shaped like waves marketed as “brand new”. The customer service is appalling. The reviews speak for themselves.

No after sale service at all. The blind went faulty after less than a year of infrequent use in the store room. They told us they will send the technician on site to fix only within 3 months of purchase. We were asked to pay for their technician to come to our place to fix this. Otherwise, we have to bring the blind there to the show room. It is a very long blind that doesn't fit our car. We will have to hire a truck/van to bring it to them. Either way, it's not practical and inconvenient. It is very unfair that we only found out about the 3 months no callout fee for warranty while it's not stated in our order acceptance.Moreover, we find their price structure very questionable. Initially we were happy with the blinds since they do the job. A few months after installing all of them, we realised we wanted to add 2 more blinds. However, we were quoted the price 1/3 of the cost of 13 blinds we initially installed. We decided to DIY instead as this is not reasonably charged, a total rip-off.We will neither use them again nor recommend to any of our friends who are now busy purchasing new homes.Update. Order number SO106900 SO106899 inUpdate: they sent a technician to fix after a few months. I gave another 2 stars since they managed to fix without cost.

Kresta Cannington has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company.The completion of 2 bedroom blinds took 9 months - no follow up unless I called them, constantly being told the shipment is on it's way, mistakes being made around the order, then charging another fitting fee for the third and final visit which I would not of needed if they had got the order right in the first place.The only reason I have given one star is because the fitter who came out each time was really nice to deal with and the blinds look very nice - shame about the company service.

A bit miffed that the entire amount for the blinds has to be paid before they will even install. We then had our blinds drop so we couldn’t open our sliding door. I tried to contact Kresta via the customer care email they sent us and got no response. I also left a voicemail and no return phone call. I finally called the store we bought them from to be told that the email is unmonitored and National phone number I used doesn’t respond to messages.I got details for our state service centre. It took weeks to get a fitter out to fix it. In the hot weather it meant we couldn’t use the blinds to keep the heat out or open the door in the evening to let the cool in.Again today my blind has dropped half off the ceiling and is hanging. Now the store will not give me the contact number of the service centre.I have sent an email and now I wait again. ☹️

If it was possible to give zero stars to anyone it would have to go to Kresta. They are worse than useless. First, in 2020 they installed non-compliant blinds (child risk with hanging cords) and only agreed to replace them when Consumer Affairs were involved. Then the motor of one of the newly installed blinds' packed it in (last November) - took months to get anyone to look at it and, when advised the motor was gone, Kresta said they would fix it. Three months later and they now claim it's a battery installation problem (which it is not, never was and never would be) - even their own installer checked and said the batteries were fine. So, three years after initial installation we still don't have fully functional blinds. These people should not represent themselves as qualified or capable of installing blinds.

So far I've waited 6 months for my blinds, and when I ring they lie about the status of the order (it changes each time I call). They promise to look into it and ring me back" but they never do. At this point they've more or less stolen my money. Zero stars.Update: they've admitted that my blinds were never made and will refund my deposit. Thanks for nothing Kresta."
