Bouffant Gosford

The pastries are nice, but I cant say the same about the coffee. It’s pretty obvious that they don’t purge the machine or clean it, the coffee tastes like dirt! The older girl that works there with the dark hair is incredibly rude to the customers and the other staff. Additionally, they have rats! I saw two rats run into the place after buying my coffee. Please don’t go here!

Enjoyed a nice coffee on the deck. Kids enjoyed the Nutella mini doughnuts and muffin was fresh and tasty. Service was good and a nice relaxed vibe.

Bouffant Bakery is one of those instagrammable spots, bright pink and white decor and the bench laid out with incredible pastries.We were on a trip to the Central Coast and stopped off to check it out. Be sure to look up the address, for it isn’t obvious from the main road. Situated inside a heritage building, the cafe has a lovely little deck with folding chairs and plants.Head inside and you’re met with an amazing array of pastries; donuts (plenty of flavours like Nutella, caramel, chocolate), croissants and Portuguese tarts. Apparently they sell about 1200 a week! They also sell toasties and pies. We like that they offer mini versions of many of the pastries as we can’t always finish the massive ones, and it gives you the opportunity to try a few.It’s a great concept for takeaway as you can grab something on the go and the prices are good too, some of the mini ones are as low as $1.50.The interior wall shelves showcase their range of teas and coffees, and we kind that they use stitch coffee for the milk based drinks. They also sell bags of beans, coffee equipment and tins of tea leaves for your home.The concept and logos are cool, a lady as the icon with a bouffant hairstyle and a pastel theme through the store.Staff are young and friendly. We think the cafe is a millennials and Instagrammers dream. Perfect for photos and sugar lovers will be very satisfied.

A hidden gem in the middle of Gosford. We loved the Lemon Meringue Portuguese Tart and little Nutella crosiant. Great find.

Hard to find something open on Sunday during the Queen's Birthday long weekend but Bouffant was not just open they were fantastic and friendly. Pies, sausage roles and sweet treats were all heavenly. The coffee was the real surprise - crisp more then bright and with an amazing chocolatey body.Got to recommend this one.

Good coffee, pretty setting, friendly service, lots of cute dogs. Toasties and veg roll were well priced and tasty. We only wished they offered mugs and plates for dine-in. Such a waste.

We stopped here for a coffee and sweet treat on our way back to Sydney from the Central Coast. Lovely service. Coffee, toastie and pastry were on point. There are a couple of outdoor table and chairs.
