We engaged Matt and his team to design our custom home. From a few scribbles on a sheet of paper. He absolutely nailed the designed. He worked with us on every step getting our building approval sorted. Absolute gentlemen of a bloke and really puts himself into the design. We can't thank you enough mate.

Matt did the design and building approvals for us to move a house out to a rural block. It was a seamless process with him finding the best way to deal with any issues or exemptions. Great communication during the process and we are so glad we engaged him rather than try and do it ourselves. Would definitely use again for any future projects. 10/10.

We moved a house to our block and had Matt do all the designs and approvals. We put the house up on high stumps and built a new downstairs area. This whole process was easy thanks to Matt, he ensured we got the best quotes and the right solutions for increasing value to our property. The approvals all went through on time and Matt provided updates to keep us in the loop.Very highly recommend Matt Bradley Designs. I will share a photo when our build is complete.
