Went in yesterday and the manager was very helpful in assisting me to swap the incorrect item I’d purchased for the correct one. Even though the store was packed, he took the time to explain the product functions to me and I could tell that customer satisfaction was a business priority. I also noticed this manager guiding one of the staff members (possibly a new employee in-training) through a computer procedure in an informative, methodical and calm manner which was great to see, and absolutely the best way to deal with the busy environment.The employee being shown the procedure also appeared to have great customer interaction skills.Honestly, wasn’t expecting this level of service when I walked into the crowded store. Well done JB!

This is a deceivingly large store. When you first walk in, it looks like an old CD store (based on size), but you'll find that it goes around the corner with multiple areas and could arguably be comparable to some of the larger stores.Well stocked (ironically had what we needed even though all the Sydney stores didn't) store that is definitely worth the visit when you're next in the area.

Lovely staff, super helpful, and always so kind. Was having issues deciding between two products, and the staff didn't rush me and explained the difference. The security guard did a pretty intensive bag check, which was annoying (I didn't steal anything). Also, check out is often fast! Staff are more than eager to help

A great soul showed a marvellous customer service and problem solving skills. He solved the issue about my phone plan bought in cragieburn, melbourne store which was messed up. He tracked each and evry thread down to contract number and got the right phone with right plan. Gob bless the him and the team.

It's a chain store and it works well. The staff try hard and usually know what they are doing. It's often busy but the staff stay calm and friendly. Great range of stock. Some wiggle room if you want to haggle.

Large store with lots of consumer electronics available, generally in stock. The store must have a theft problem, they always have security at the door - who either completely ignore you, or are rude if you approach them.

Always enjoy my trip to JB as they have a good selection of electrical products for you to choose from and usually at competitive prices. They also carry a great range of CD's, L.P.'s, DVD'S along with pop vinyls. Always plenty to look at and select from either for myself or gifts.

Checking online and click n collect is better option to track right item. Staffs are not very friendly probably because of CBD location with lots of time passers.
