Very attentive and detailed car wash and interior clean. They did more work than we asked for but didn't charge us extra. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work and focus on looking after their customers well. Definitely will return regularly.

Got my car back in pretty much the same condition that it was in… rims were still full of brake dust even though a platinum wash states online that wheels are cleaned in a more detailed way to remove brake dust to leave them “sparkling clean”. Spoke to the guy who washed it and was told that wheels are only cleaned if you purchase the more expensive detail/wash. Wasn’t even interested in what I was trying to tell him about what it says on the website. $65 down the drain if you want your car washed properly don’t go here.

Poor attention to detail.Forgot to vacuum the seat, then immediately tried to sell me on an upgrade rather than just do the basic job.Did a half arsed job on the boot, and got defensive and told me they had “already polished the car” (obviously, since I paid for it) rather than fixing the problem.Won’t be back.

Booked two cars in for Easter Monday on Easter Saturday in person at Southlands. Arrive at 11am as booked . No one at Star Carwash, no sign to say they've decided to close. Search web for mobile number. Arrogantly advised they decided to close as it was quiet on Easter Sunday but didn't bother to call their customers to advise. Extremely poor customer service. Enjoy your day off.
