I've only ever bought work boots from here, but I've always gotten what I wanted at a reasonable price. Staff seem helpful enough.

Good products but terrible customer service, the older lady and middle aged man their have absolutely no customer service skills and everything feels like an effort, looking at the reviews people have had the same experiences.6/4/20Ordered a shirt a month ago and the guy lost the shirt, came back 2 weeks later after he ordered it and it still wasn't there, the lady on the desk had the worst customer service I've ever experienced and told me it's still not here after being very blunt because i didnt know what the shirt name was called? I had had enough so I just picked one from the rack and then had to pay an extra $5 and didnt get the shirt I was after, will never come back.3/3/23Back in here to get boots, the young girl at the counter was doing the best she could and service was great, although the wait times are just ridiculous, need more staff for a store this size.

My communication with the staff member was a bit unknowing of the price for a hivis singlet by saying one price and charging me another price that was a few $ dearer than they had said, however still purchased the singlet other than that it was a pleasant transaction.

Ordered a pair of work boots for click and collect that were listed as in-stock online. I did so wrongly assuming it would be faster than delivery. It's been 6 days now, my account says that my order is complete, but when I went to collect the woman at the register couldn't find my order, and had the nerve to suggest that I had ordered to the wrong store, or ordered for delivery before even looking up the order. Once she actually got on the computer and looked it up she admitted the order was still being shipped from Hobart, but that it was for delivery. I clarified with her again, and her response was basically to shrug and offer no further information. Will never shop here again, and will advise all my colleagues and friends to follow suit.

It says feedback will go to the manager, but...well....she is actually super rude, so feedback won't change that. If it could, it would have by now.I felt that the lady attempting to 'liaise' me didn't personally like me, not sure why, we had never met before. Junior girls were great. They have to be to make up for the older women that don't care at all about who walks through the door. Smiles would crack there faces.I went to Kingsmeadows Worklocker and had excellent service and a wider better range.All facts.

old woman has no idea on customer service, went it to buy new clothes for my employee's. I knew what I wanted yet the lady kept trying to sell me something else that looked completely different even though they had what I was after in stock on the shelf in all the sizes I needed.ended up buying the same clothes online and saved about 10%

From the start we have had issues. Took 3 weeks to receive our first proof, besides Louise staff are uncaring and not helpful. Particularly Ash. Spoke to Louise and she sorted it straight away. Then once we received our order which took a further 2 weeks, pieces are missing and it’s just not good enough. Will not be back after we get our final pieces that are missing. . The manager really needs to review their staff.

I went into the new store behind Bunnings with my baby to pick up an order and I was spoken to rudely and felt belittled by two workers at the counter. I do not plan on going back anytime soon.
