I have been leasing a property in Burswood now for two years through Omni Realty dealing with James as my agent. I have lived and rented properties in every capital city of mainland Australia in a career spanning 30+ years in both the military and commercial airline industry, and I can honestly say hands down that James is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Professional, accommodating and a just genuinely good person. One of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

The inexperience, tardiness and terrible communication from the agent made for a very stressful negotiation. I'm not sure how much weight the reviews of 5 stars have but the service i received was no where close.

I had the pleasure of working with Jon to get my property rented out. He was professional, friendly, always responded really quickly to my queries, and made the entire process an absolute breeze. He found tenants for my property in less than a week, organised for professional cleaning on my behalf, and did absolutely everything to make sure I was completely comfortable with the process. Omni Realty are reputable, trustworthy, and have simple easy-to-understand fees - also much cheaper overall than the 11 other real estate agents that I contacted! Would unreservedly recommend Omni Realty!
