Our 25 yr old ducted system suddenly stopped working - the motor had finally given out. Called up Aussie Vac - they were amazing! They are not after your money at all - they went through all of our options and talked me through how to remove the unit from the wall and bring it in. I decided to purchase a new unit. They could have charged me the call out and service fee but instead showed my step by step how to install the new unit myself! The new unit has even better suction power than our old unit had.I recommend Aussie Vac for all your vacuuming needs.

Absolute superb service! Turned up on time, text me before appointment and could track the service man on my mobile to see how far away he was. He went above and beyond to not only fix my blocked outlet, but he did minor repairs on my hose and checked the motor and tweaked that to make the unit work better. Would highly recommend Aussie Vac and their service men.

Ben provided excellent customer service - from his pre arrival phone call, a weblink to detail when he would arrive - he fixed our ducted vacuum blockage swiftly and explained the process he undertook to fix it, as well as a minor fix on our vacuum pole. No fuss, super quick, and a space-saving vacuum system that really sucks! What more would we want? Aussie Vac installed the ducts and wiring whilst our new home was being built and then came back once we moved in to install the vacuum head unit and sockets. The strong suction is amazing compared to every vacuum cleaner we ever had in the past. Thank you!

Aussie Vac is the only place to go for systems, and service. We needed a quick fix and Andy and the team were able to make it happen in a couple of days. They were there when they said they would be, kept us informed all the way through and got the job done. We have had Aussie vac systems in two of our homes, one self installed and one professionally installed, and I can say they are brilliant systems from a brilliant company. Thanks
