The person who did my hair was the most gentle hairdresser I have ever encountered. It was a very very pleasant experience.

The worst haircut I have ever had. I paid $39 for them to just comb my hair and cut the ends straight from the back, no clips and layering like any other normal salon would do. Feel so ripped off. Then they tried to ply me with products which I don't mind but I was not happy with the cut at all.

I took my daughter to Belconnen Just Cuts today for her first haircut, although she was very scared walking in…that all disappeared as soon as her name was called. Penelope was so very kind and made the experience for my daughter (and I) very special! From a special cloak for my daughter to wear, speaking to her throughout her haircut and of course placing some locks in an envelope for her baby book. Penelope listened to the length I had hoped for and executed it perfectly…. My 2 year old has been asking to go back already and we certainly will be for her next haircut! Thankyou!

Terrible. Hairdresser didn't know how to cut layers and just cut big chunks out of my hair. Would have been better off cutting my own hair.In answer to the reply - I will never go there again. The hairdresser " is only capable of doing a trim

After watching Nan get a haircut my son was still frightened and clinging to me, the hairdresser suggested we try again another day rather than traumatise the boy.So, a week later we arrive again. One scared boy, clinging to mum. We decided sitting on mum and playing a game on the phone was a better option than the chair alone.With great speed and a great cut the hair dresser managed to cut his hair with a little fuss.After we got a Race Car sticker which brought great delight! A very positive experience.

This was my second hair cut in 4 years due to anxiety and autism making it almost impossible. Kylie was incredible. She was so kind and understanding, checking in with me every step of the way to make sure I was doing alright and that I was okay with what she was doing. She also gave me the coolest haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Cannot recommend enough.

I took my daughter in to get her hair cut after spending summer at the beach and the pool… needless to say she had lots of knots, plus she has fine hair and it’s curly!!. Miho was very patient and gentle and did a fabulous job. Thank you!!
