These guys were brilliant tonight.. I needed a script at 9pm on an extremely hot silly season night and they stayed open for me long enough to get there for my daughters script.My gratitude is huge and these chemists don’t get the applause they deserve for doing the service they do. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They are open late, cater to your needs as much as they can, they can get busy at times and there is a wait but I'd rather wait at a chemist with good customers service than a chemist that served me quickly with attitude. Steven & Eugune are normally the 2 pharmacists that fill my scripts and give me any advice when needed. The girls behind the counter are also lovely. Thanks Woodlakes Pharmacy for your ongoing great customer service.

Today for the first time I visited Pharmacist Advice, Woodlakes pharmacy and I was greeted by Steven, pharmacist.A very friendly and helpful young man and mostly knowledgeable!If you are after a specific type of medication, you will definitely find it at this store.The assistant looked after me and were very courteous and helpful at all times.Thanks for the wonderful service team!Definitely recommend Pharmacist Advice Woodlakes, to everyone around this area or to nearby suburbs.

This pharmacy was open later than my usual one, & the man was extremely helpful. They had Mum's diabetic sensors in stock - no waiting, & gave useful feedback regarding sensors that malfunctioned. Definitely recommended!

Steven was completely rude and sarcastic all because I asked for a wait time as they told me it's going to be 15 minutes. It was over 30 minute's which is fine but all i did was ask how much longer so that i could sit in the car as i was just released from hospital and there were no seats available inside the chemist so i thought I'd go sit in the car to wait. He then proceeded to raise is voice and angrily say im going as fast as i can i said it will be 5 minutes
