Needed something from behind the counter in the pharmacy section. . The girl who served me was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Ended up buying something which wasn’t what I really wanted. The girl at the checkout was equally unfriendly even though I tried to engage her in conversation. Maybe these 2 had an argument today.

Friendly service from people who know the products they sell and a pharmacist happy to advise.Also has a fully stocked newsagency and a doctor on premises.As someone who was just passing through, I was happy to find this pharmacy open after normal business hours.

I came into the shop to use the Parcel Point service. When I arrived, the young girl at the front counter was very nice and courteous and showed me what needed to be done. Due to her not understanding how to complete the remainder of the parcel return process, she asked her manager to help me with the parcel return. Her manager approached me and said I needed to print the label and place it on the package, however this was incorrect. She had to scan a barcode that I provided and print the return label for me as Parcel Point has a label printer specific for situations like this. By her advice, I would have to go to Officeworks and buy a label printer for the return of 1 item. When I pointed this out, her response was I don't have time". I walked out immediately after realising that I do not want to argue and cause a scene. I will going to a different Parcel Point to return my item. Will definitely not be coming back to Priceline however."

Definitely go to Priceline chemist/newsagent/perfume store/shop as well they have everything there that you wantDefinitely go there for sure

This would have to be up there with one of the most unfriendly, unhelpful pharmacies I’ve been to. I moved interstate and have complex health needs and these people made me feel so embarrassed about my history and were not even discreet when discussing some of my medications in front of others. Absolutely horrible. Will never set foot in there again.

Such a clean place was welcomed by a girl named Ireland, she had such a lovely spirit, so joyous such a beautiful young girl. So proud of this generation for trying so hard.

Very rude pharmacist who did not take the time to explain why he couldn't fill my fathers script. Terrible

I stand by the comment below, at that time. However, credit where it is due. I was in the chemist tonight, and I was served by Kelvin. I have not met a more friendly helpful pharmacist, anywhere! His service was outstanding.No smile, no please and no thank you!!!! Not what I would expect and certainly not good.
