Found this place when I needed to get haircut on Sunday evening and didn't have too many options. Haircut was pretty decent and I didn't have to wait much despite salon was quite full. The only issue is that they don't accept credit card . I didn't have enough cash but they didn't mind letting me pay later.

I have never had a problem with the service provided at this hairdresser. The staff are all lovely and have been able to pull off anything I've asked for. Have been coming to this salon for 12 years, and their prices are amazing for the quality of service

I told the hairdresser I only wanted my split ends trimmed. She layered my hair without my permission. When I asked her not to thin my hair, she dismissed me and said It'll make it easier to wash your hair"

AVOID AVOID AVOIDToday I was there, I wish I wasn't. I asked to trim my hair 'Layering style' and I emphasized that I didn't want to get my hair shorten more than 1-2 cm. She said it wills be 22$. What she did eventually1- Too shortened my hair; more than 10 cm shorter :(2- My hair style is more a straight line than a Layering :(3- She charged me $30 and she said she has blow dried my hair while she did not ask for my permission. :(

Friendly staff who provide good quality haircuts. The store owner Michael is multilingual (heard him speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, some other ones I can’t identify lol) and gives a lot of care to his clients, especially women who are seeking fancy hair-dos. Only downside is that some staff have limited English and the wait time can be a bit long if you’re a walk-in/didn’t book an appointment.

The wax the hair dresser used on my hair didn't feel right, it's rather like soapy water and when I ask them to fix the back of my hair, which was cut in a creative zigzag fashion, she insisted that it's how my head looks like in the first place. So I asked for the manager, but it's complete chaos and there wasn't even a clear answer who the manager is. When the 'manager' came along finally, she repeated again and again 'nothing is wrong'. Eventually the zigzag was fixed up, however I lost almost all my fringe in the afternoon. The customer experience is just dreadful and the when my hair is pulled up to be cut it hurts.
