Love the burgers and onion rings! We ordered through the phone and picked up the burgers in good time. Both chilli addict and HFC burgers were tasty. I'll be backometer is 5 out of 5.

Giving 5 stars even though I was served undercooked meat because the issue was handled so well by the team. I am a long time Grill'd fan and knew this was a rare event, particularly because the meat was unusually thick for the burger I always order. The manager was apologetic, quickly ordered my replacement burger and completed an incident report per their policy. The replacement burger was prepared quickly and the cook apologised as well when he served it to me. No harm done, I'll happily return.

Staff here are super friendly, and the burgers are amazing! Calm and warm atmosphere. Only critique is that the prices are a little high, but the food is worth it.

Staff were happy and helpful. Food was very good. Gluten Free bun option was really good. Burgers fresh and delicious. Sweet potato fries were chunky and tasty.Will definitely go again.

Awful terrible staffso expensive not deserve itI ordered through application to pick up my food. However i changed my mind to dine in.So i asked staff to change my order from pick up to dine in.The staff said yes but after that he forgot everything so i have to wait for so long time.After i got my food, it was so cold which makes me feel bad. My food was already packed and abandoned some where else.When i went there, there’s only 3 teams including me. After doing mistake, he didn’t say sorry at all and confident.Also i ordered coke as well but there wasn’t any coke when they served my food which was so late by the way.so i wanted to call that staff one more time. Although he saw me calling him, he neglect it and do what he was doing at that time which was so bad. I strongly recommend you to go another place

Delicious, juicy and filling beef burgers. Their original, sweet potato and zucchini fries are all so scrumptious - a must-try. Warm and friendly service. Nice ambience.

Ordered a burger with avocado, they didn't have avocado, they asked if i want to replace it, I said sure what with, they offered me a selection of basic sauces, on a burger that already comes with specific sauces. No offer of reducing the price or even taking off the 15% public holiday surcharge (we all know how expensive avo is). The staff were using their personal phones to take tiktoks in the kitchen and receive phone calls all while preparing food. They were all singing terribly loud, or more like terrible and loud to the music they were pumping in the kitchen. When I finally got my burger that was supposed to come with onions it had the 2 tiniest little circles of onion. Terrible hygiene around food preparation and clearly no regard to their customers comfort with that horrible ear piercing singing/music.

Standard Grill’d location - a no frills, stock standard, unassuming and consistently good burgers. Also had the new onion rings which were fried and seasoned to perfection. I’m a huge fan of the 2 for 1 Meat Free Monday’s and the impossible burgers really taste like a meat burger.

Store layout could be improved. Pick up announcements need to be made a little louder.However, the Mighty Melbourne is fantastic, I always grab one when I am in town.
