Family run business. Fantastic people to deal with, great selection and prices. Purchased an item 5 months ago took it back and there was no if’s or buts in replacement of new item on the spot they were more than happy to do so. And open 7 days a week, and always have the lights and parts you need and if not they arrange to get it for you fast. I will continue to do business with Minchinbury Lighting and Electrical well done to you both (Brother and Sister I believe) . Thank you!!

Maybe I came in when they were too busy but the service was terrible.Waited 10 mins at the front desk for assistance.While waiting I helped an employee who kept dropping packages she was carrying, but they were too busy to even ask what I needed.Then after about 10 mins I think the manager asked what I needed. He clearly didnt care- walked off immediately as it seems he was dealing with another customer around the corner in another area of the store.Then the first lady I spoke to appeared behind the front desk, asking if someone else hadnt already helped me out.I went to bunnings instead. SMH.
