Celsius sent out 2 guys for a simple annual check-up of our heating/cooling. No faults, so they were here 19 minutes. The invoice is for $330, which works out to an hourly rate of $1,042 an hour! An 8-year customer, but no longer.

Do not use for servicingThey came out to do a service but didn't actually do anything useful.Only a few months later we've had to replace the whole system due to SIX cracks in the unit that somehow weren't detected as part of their 'service'Ultimately this was dangerous and the heater had to be disconnected immediately (yes, that dangerous)They also wouldn't provide us with any documentation for the service completed which makes me wonder what qualifications the business has to conduct them in the first place.

Very good service. Our 20 year old Central heating failed at the coldest time of the year. Kelly arranged for a new unit to be installed at very short notice. The installers arrived on time and the unit was up and running in just a few hours.

Great value for money, reliable service and industry knowledge. Ian visited us on time and was prompt with his quote. He even provided a revised quote within a day when I later asked for a larger model than we'd originally discussed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Ian and the Celsius team.
