Worst florist I ever been, no proper display, no suggestions about arrangements. Yesterday I was buying flowers for my wife's birthday and wasn't sure what I want so I asked the girls in the shop, she pointed to pile of different flowers in the middle of the shop and I chose 2 different types of flowers and ask her to make something nice out of these and I will pickup later, paid $100 and left.When I got back to pickup all I found that she grab these two bunches I chose put them together with the string and that was it. No arrangement, no steam support for tulips, no green background, NOTHING. I had to ask her to put something green to make it look nicer and I got some dry stick with dry leaves. Today half of these flowers already going to the bin, half of the tulip steams are almost broke, lucky if it'll last for another day.I get much nicer flowers from Woolworth for $25 and they will last longer.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Went into Summers Florals today and purchased the most beautiful Quicksand roses. Stunning! Would highly recommend, such a gorgeous shop filled with all the beautiful florals and things or your home. Thanks team, I will be back!

Yesterday the most superb bouquet of roses arrived at my door, delivered by a lovely girl from the shop. The flowers are beyond beautiful - fresh, soft and so pretty. I love soft and pretty flowers and cannot be happier with my valentines surprise which is perfect in every way.

I called them in short notice with a request for a flower delivery to Chiswick for my wife's birthday lunch. They were accomodating and helpful on the phone, and not only did these guys deliver the flowers on time to our table as instructed, but it was one of the nicest bouquets I've seen. Even several days later my wife still looks at them and tells me every day how beautiful they are. So 5 stars for a job well done! I would definitely go back again for another special occasion.

I'm VERY disappointed with my most recent experience with this florist. Last year, I ordered a bouquet of around $80 to $90 for my friend's graduation and was extremely surprised by the bouquet they sent me (second picture). It was very small in size and only consisted of flowers that are low-to medium priced like stocks and lissies. (I know because I have gone to a florist school previously). My friend was VERY shocked to know that the bouquet doesn't cost half of its real price. and on the same day, my friend ordered another bouquet with the same exact budget from another florist and it was phenomenal (1st picture). I understand that the bouquet might have included lots of foliage but it was nonetheless a very beautiful bouquet and i was very satisfied. I tried contacting them to express my disappointment but was sent off with rude remarks and poor excuses as to why the arrangement was extremely disappointing. Another reason that adds to my disappointment was that I have previously ordered a bouquet of the same exact budget from this florist 2 years ago and the bouquet was wonderful and fulfilled expectations (3rd picture). How did a florist become so rude and unprofessional in a matter of a few years? This is very unacceptable. I will never order from this florist again.Why is that i cant upload my pictures? I kept uploading them and for some reason they wont show on the review.
