Grenfell Caravan Park

Avoid this park. Nice park clean amenities. But the manager Mark is not the nicest person on an off day. Raised his voice and yelled at us for the most tiniest little thing. Drive the extra bit to Forbes for better accommodation

A nice little park which is a little dated but very well maintained, clean and cosy. We enjoyed staying one of the cabins while visiting Grenfell. Check-in process was easy and Cheryl was a friendly park host!

What a great spot. Travelling from Queensland to Melbourne and couldn't get any accommodation in Forbes and bad accident between Forbes and West Wyalong which had closed the highway so headed to Grenfell. Stayed in one of the cabins for the night at the council caravan park in Grafton Street. Had everything you need very clean tidy and quiet. Cheryl was just lovely when we booked in. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Basic council run park. No sign of caretaker til next morning so as requested helped ourselves to a site.3 cabins and about 20 powered spots. Close to town. Great clean shower/toilet block with gas bbq for use.On Forbes road so expect traffic noise inc trucks.$20 plus $12 for power.

This Park is lovely, enclosed, with good facilities. It is doggoe friendly with good sized sites for powered and unpowered caravans. The caretaker Cheryl is lovely and most helpful! We planned to arrive late and she gave us all information in advance. We were also permitted to leave our van on site on our departure day while we went and did a few things in Grenfell before setting off. The council want to shut this park, but apart from a unfenced site close to the road this is the only park here, and Grenfell is a great half way stop for many towns you might be travelling. So please take a stop here and leave a review to help Cheryl keep it open for us all!

Very friendly & helpful staff, spotless amenities & neat grounds. Weddin Council (who sets pricing) charges $32 a night for 1 person on a powered site. Poor value given the basic facilities & highway noise. Better value elsewhere e.g. Canowindra CP $45 for 3 nights & free washing machines.

Nice, clean little park, very quiet. Great rates, within easy walking distance to the town centre.We would recommend it.

A great little park in an historic and friendly town. Powered sites are available on either a concrete pad or grass. Amenities while perhaps a little dated offer clean and spacious facilities. There is no camp kitchen other that a covered area offering a portable bbq plus tables/bench seating. There is no WiFi available nor is there a sullage dump point…..although one is available very nearby. There is no on-site manager although Cheryl (a lovely lady) pops in and checks most mornings.
