My first visit. Excellent experience. Everything set out well, very organised. Staff helpful and professional. Prices fabulous.

It was great, the people there are hard working and make it safe for you to visit. Very helpful indeed. Will be back soon.

The only poorly designed part is the entry / exit to the weigh bridge, just concrete it! Also the muddy dirt road you have to travel between the recycle center and general waste area if you dont have green waste act. That reminds me of the old tip...Fix all that and its great!

So you don't have the same problem as we did with a full truck load: put your rubbish into groups when loading your ute or truck!Had to go around 3 times to put stuff in different places as there is no actual 'general waste' bikes, electricals, mattresses go first (so pack them last!) Then metal is after that, then wood and then general waste!The woman at the counter was rude to my father when he asked about help from staff. In short the answer was no. She was just rude in general with no people skills. If you didn't want the shift new year's eve - probably let it be known to your boss & not paying customers.I have to say the staff at the first stop with the bikes, mattresses etc especially one female in particular, were extremely helpful, happy & professional! They were all lovely & the lady there gave us all the information we needed from there.I also liked how bulldozers were constantly cleaning up & clearing the waste from each site. Each section was tidy.

The woman working entry today was so disgustingly rude for absolutely no reason. I was genuinely appalled at her attitude.

Very well managed facility, chalk and cheese from what tips were like years ago. Good at encouraging recycling. A trailer load of green waste can cost as little as $5, obviously more for hard rubbish but the vouchers that come with each rates notice are good
