The whole team makes you feel very welcomed and cared for. All the staff members are amazingly kind, helpful and definitely go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. You can tell that their good actions stems from the root of genuinely wanting to help patients and also the broader community. To Kie, Manoj, Vivian, Nicki, Tania, Nueva, and Lana, thank you for everything!

I wabt to give a big shout out and a thank you to the asian male pharmacist who immediately served me, and was patient, knowledgeable and empathic toward me yesterday even when i was slightly impatient and irritable because i was having earache. I was buying a less helpful medication than one i already had at home. He patiently explained more effective ways to use what i already had at home. It really worked. What a massive relief. I went to bed swearing to my partner i would make the effort to thank him. I ended up purchasing a few other things but what i noticed was he was focused on me not on making sales. I could have paod 140 bucks for a dr to tell me the same. No wonder this place has great revjews. Guys who run this place, if u dont ready know, this bloke is a gentleman, expert and an asset to ypur lovely pharmacy. 5 stars.will be back

Nasty rude girl at the entrance today. Will permanently avoid this place. Went back in to buy sunnies..her name is Nicki and I told her politely that maybe you don’t realise but you come across very rude and you need to be more polite to customers. She took it well to her credit and apologised(reason I changed to 2 stars). Treating everyone with respect regardless of race maybe a training that she requires. Those who are not capable of serving a multi cultural community should not be employed. It’s as simple as that. Will avoid the place permanently. Maybe go and visit Alfi across the road. He just won my ongoing business.

Any time I’ve been there the staff have been exceptionally helpful and friendly.Questions I’ve had, about a product for example (and I always have questions!), I’ve never received a perfunctory response. Always had questions answered properly. One of the pharmacists (he may also be a proprietor??) is particularly helpful. And that definitely isn’t the case at every pharmacy!Is also nice stuff to peruse while waiting for prescriptions :)

Been going here for years. Great professional staff - from management down to the new employees. Always willing to assist with any issues. Always respectful. Don't have your medication on hand? (Mind you this is rare) They'll have it within a day or two... If you get regular scripts, let them know when you are coming and they will have them put aside and have them waiting for you! Best service ever!!

Staff are very friendly and patient with constant questions regarding RATs and booster shots.I inquired a few times about the possibility if a walk in booster appointment and staff were very informative, advising the best time to come for the best chance to get one.I was able to get a booster shot with no problems at the time advised.A calm and friendly experience during a stressful time - hats off to all the staff for providing such wonderful service.
