Owen came out as 1 of 3 people quoting. The 2 others measured and provided quotes. Not only was Owen competitive in price but he pointed out a range of options/considerations (at no extra cost) the others didn't and most importantly identified a number of issues where the tilers had done their work incorrectly that had to be fixed for shower screens to go in which others completely missed. Screens then went in without a hitch, in the timeframe advised (even after he sent them back to manufacturer to fix problem before they came to us), great communication from Owen and we couldn't be happier with end result. After 18 months and counting of renovating we have seen the full spectrum of tradespeople and Owen is the type that does a job properly without cutting corners and maintains high standards on finish quality...which so many others don't.
