Avoid. - Got refused a refund for an expensive headset that is not fit for purpose. (Not enough volume, so can't hear anything while on the road, which completely defeats it's intended purpose.)Not only is that illegal, but obviously profit is more important than their customers or to keep customers coming back.

One of the most deadly shops I've ever been in. The showroom is a veritable Alladins Cave of motos that need to be ridden and so so many to choose from.The accessories department is popping with all the best technical safety gear across a wide range of styles. Road gear adventure gear Motor Cross, gloves helmets and a great range of YAMAHA ORIGIONAL gear including T~Shirts hats Jackets etc it is all there.Thanks to rapid sales help all sorted in my lunch break made it easy to find and purchase a new helmet.

Had my new Yamaha MT-07 in for its first service and an aftermarket Musarri exhaust fitted. Cannot be happier. Big thanks to the service department.

I have bought a few items via their online store.Recently there was a small issue with one item. I phoned the store and was very impressed in how they handled it.No questions just a simple 'we will send a replacement immediately'. They will even include a return satchel for the old item.Cannot fault their attitude, service and price.Overall a fantastic company to deal with - well done!

Great service! I spoke to a few different people in the course of buying my v star and they were all helpful and friendly and made everything so easy. I could even arrange my insurance through them! Highly recommended

purchased a Cardo 4X as a Christmas gift which unfortunately didn't meet the expectations described by the salesman. I will say that the service I recieved when purchasing was great.after a phone call to the store to organise a return/refund, and after driving over 100km to return the product then getting told can't refund and had to be sent away for testing. of course I am frustrated to leave without a device as well as being out of pocket. while I do appreciate the time spent on a solution, it's not the solution advised over the phone hence my feelings on the matter. even though a solution is offered, doesn't always mean the customer is completely happy like nothing happened. The business's back end problems and procedures shouldn't become mine as a consumer. I could completely understand if the product was returned in an unsellable condition.the reason for 2 stars is because I returned home and recieved a phone call from the store about a google review I didn't leave and being questioned about it. Google reviews are a constructive feedback tool for businesses to identify areas of strength and areas to grow.quiet disappointed with the conduct honestly.
