My husband & I have had our investment property with Hang Loosa for the past 10 years. The whole team is very responsive & professional. Our property manager Inara is a delight, very friendly & always keeping us to date on our property. We'd definitely recommend the team at Hang Loosa!

We have been renting from Hang Loosa Noosa for almost a year now and our experience has been great. They are very punctual and accomodating!! Inara especially is great <3 I couldn't recommend them more!

We had Hangloosa manage our rental property for the past four years, we had the same tennant for this time. We inspected the property after the tennant vacated and were appalled at the state the property was left in. There were holes in nearly every wall, doors were kicked in, windows were smashed, on top of this the carpets were putrid the floors, oven, kitchen, and yard were all in a filthy condition, The agent had mentioned the tennant was letting the property run down, but what we found was appalling and the extent of the continual damage was never bought to our attention. To compound this Hangloosa gave us a notice to quit as our letting agent and now have refused to chase the tennant for the damage caused by him, after four years happily collecting their commissions we are disgusted in their behaviour as property managers and would not recommend them

The Property Management team at Hang Loosa are always nothing short of polite, professional, and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoy working with them and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Being abroad from the property that we own could be problematic but Inara takes the worry out of it. She is right on ticket with any problems and with her at the helm we know we can relax. All the transactions are smooth and the communication is excellent. Would highly recommended. Thanks for a great service.
