Poor customer service / poor knowledge & ararrogant & racist staffWe went there on 23rd June 2021 and purchased a round marble table. We found the screw cannot be screwed in because the screw hole is too small so we brought it back and asked for a replacement. The staff just assumed we did not use the right tool without even looking at the faulty table. After we showed her what happened, she said: The table is made in China so the quality is bad." Bit racist

Beautiful store, lovely items, well laid out.

Staff at Provincial Castle Hill branch is extremely rude and not even versed with the basic ethics. Especially staff named Kathy" talks and deals with the customers very rudely.. she is a very racist woman and says things that are a clear hit below the belt. They seriously need to improve their customer service and educate their staff on how to deal with the customers."

I had a tribble experience with Castle hill branch and its store manager called Cathy.they showed me a Buffet in store's stock with some scratch and issue needed to be fixed and get back to me because she mentioned it is out of stock nationally and waiting period is around 3 months so I convinced to get that fixed and purchase. they would never called me and I called them 4 times to follow up the quote and repair update. however the store manger made an excuse every time and played me for 4 weeks!!!I called Albury branch and Lovely lady in Albury placed my order Over the phone and delivered the buffet from Melbourne warehouse to Castle hill Branch to be picked up by myself very easily ! When I went to pick up from Castle hill saw unwrapped and Unwrapped and damaged product sitting next to a exactly same new one (see the pictures ) ! when I complaint and refused  to pick up damaged one, surprisingly store manager said you can swap it with the new one we have here !!!! when I asked her how is that possible this to be sent from Melbourne to Sydney in this situation she said this is a bad company with bad Quality delivery and stuff !!!these are my question1- is that possible to send a product from Melbourne warehouse to Sydney with no wrapping or packing ?? !!2- how is that possible all of a sudden the scratched one which I was showed swapped with new one siting next to that and after I started to take a photo, store manager offered to take a new one instead ?3- I called them 4 times to purchase and was out of stock, suddenly a new one dropped into their store ???you judge and be careful

I was in the Castle Hill store today and was served by a woman (Anna-Maria) who was breaking the law and breaching public health orders. It wasn't a good look. Mask mandates were implemented by the state government and despite the highly politicized decision, it is law to wear a mask while in shops. As a customer who abides by the law, the rules of the centre and the rules of the store (which I understood were to wear a mask at all times) I find it incredibly galling that a staff member would imagine themselves to exist outside of all of those rules. Great staff. Knowledgeable. Will chase down items from other stores to bundle a furniture delivery. I’ve purchased over a dozen large items (bedheads, tables, chairs, mirrors, consoles) from this store during the last few months with only good things to say. Even their delivery driver is a gem. Big thumbs up for me.

Salesperson Kathy at castle hill was very racist, ill-mannered and aggressive. Has no manners how to deal with customers. Always putting blames on customers and avoiding her fault.Racist behaviour cannot be toleratedWould never ever go there again

Quite annoyed having rushed here after work in traffic to get a particular item, and they’re closed ten minutes early. Shop assistants inside completely ignored me. Not different from the other stores, where they employ arrogant staff that call you “darling” in a condescending tone and complain to you about other customers and how they can’t wait to finish work. Pity, because their stuff is good quality.

Amazing Customer service. Great prices. Kellie, the store manager was super friendly, very helpful and responsive to my enquires.
