Went through drive through and asked for no chilli on my burger. Confirmed again when I collected my order and they said no chilli, YES no chilli. But as per usual it had chilli sauce. This is not the first time. So once again I couldn't eat it.

I went to the store today to purchase Easter Lunch. The chap there was very busy and I was happy to wait. After about 10 mins he came from behind the counter and stated if I want a coffee or a drink of something, I said I,m all good. You just don't get this kind of customer service any more, he was kind man and I appreciated it. Well done. Oh and by the way the food was very very nice. Great service /great food what more can you ask for?Strongly recommend.

Wow what a fantastic looking and tasting meal, I don't eat takeaway usually but this was healthy, flavourful and well presented. My husband had a burger and he said it was outstanding, our son was given a free cup of chips (thank you he loved them) and he danced along to the music instore while smiling. Hand wash station is great idea too. Lovely man served us, all staff cery happy making a wondeful vibe instore. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much, truly great experience well done to the team.

Got half a chicken and salad with a side of loaded fries... shared between 2 people. The chicken was moist and tender with nice spice. Chips had just enough heat to make them tasty. Would go back again...

The bondi burger deal is advertised at15 something aud. Twice i ordered and paid 17 dollars . I asked why am I over charged twice. Was informed they upgrade the order to large drink automatically . Without asking the customer. Happened twice . Unprofessional or corrupt practice.

A different taste of chicken and I like it. There is no big variety of menu but all available items are looks yummy. We were dining in and atmosphere was cosy. Team was really helpful and friendly. Enough parking spaces and a washroom.

Staffs was rude, when we walked in as a big group around half past 8, we got dirty looks from all of the staff, as it was a quiet Friday night for them! I don’t think this branch will last if they keep this sort of staffing behaviours.

ordered a rappsnacker deal with coke online, was told in store drinks didnt come with it. Went home and confirmed the website does indeed state either a can or bottle of water comes with it. Both the manager and staff member told me I was wrong without bothering to check (which you should always do when there's a complaint) and for that reason I will not be back, which is unfortunate as I live incredibly close to the restaurant and I was really excited for late night chippy runs but if they're going to lie to their customers about what is included in the pricing I will simply go elsewhere. On top of this, the rappsnacker itself tastes like flour and the chilli cheese chips smell so strongly of vomit I literally cannot eat themUpdate! The wrap made me sick like 5 minutes after eating only half of it and after multiple attempts at trying to contact the restaurant to let them know so they don't make anyone else sick nobody has answered.
