Seriously every time we order from here the order is completely wrong. Seriously there’s always something missing. Can u guys not count? We ordered 16 bread rolls ( to share between 5 of us) we got 4 bread rolls out of the 16. Seriously start counting and paying attention to the quality and quantity of the item.Start training ur staff properly and PAY ATTENTION

Not a great place to go to on a Thursday night. The drive- thru isn't built to handle large volumes of cars. Had to wait over 20 minutes just to order. Which is fine given the amount of people there. My order was incorrect. I had to explain 3 times to the staff member why my order was incorrect before he would give me the missing item. Avoid this kfc if you're in a hurry.

Have no idea what management has done with their hiring here. Used to be a great KFC, now the new staff keep getting things consistently wrong and are cooking things very poorly. Drive Thru is an absolute joke most times. Need to really assess your team and make changes ASAP.

kfc acacia ridge is way better than kfc inala, FACTS! most days the quality of the food is great. the customer service is adequate everyone is very patient and friendly.

Ordered KFC 28/01 and this was easily the best KFC I'd ever eaten. The manager on duty was great, he was friendly, helpful and efficient. I can't speak highly enough of the manager on duty and his efforts to make sure my meal was perfect.

Absolutely annoyed with the order I received,I had ordered an all original 15 peice Giant feast via uber eats, the poor uber driver had waited over an hour and 30 mins to receive my order to be able to deliver it to me,He messaged 45 mons into waiting and said that acacia Ridge KFC was not making uber orders at the time due to being busy which is fine I didn't mind waiting but what I am annoyed with is that.I am only 4 mins drive and when I got my order I had gotten hard rock like Un seasoned cold chips and 10 pieces of dried out chicken that was hot and spicy and we didn't even get our 18 nuggets that comes with the order.One would think that if you are waiting that long for an order it is because the workers are not only busy as im sure they were but also because they were making fresh chicken and chips and that they'd be careful enough to provide the correct order.why charge extra for uber eats orders and a service fee if you aren't going to provide a good service.

Food is ok. Only problem is if you collect from drive-through, please be CAREFUL and CHECK the bag. Missing food is frequent. They don’t have the temporary parking for drive-through so sometimes you don’t check the bag and then found something (a whole meal or two) is missing back in your office that would be so annoying.

Very good location, enough parking place, drive through all set up very good. Cleaning not sufficient, toilet design not proper, pulling paper is difficult. Staff very warm.Waiting time is generally longer than expected!!

Very slow to get our food. Waited almost 20mins but there was people in store that were waiting 1hr 20mins or 40mins based on the abuse they were throwing at staff. I was happy to leave as I felt there was a high probability of a fight breaking out.
