Qscan Radiology Clinics

I've visited QScan Red Hill quite a few times over the past 10 months or so and every single time all the staff have been lovely. Reception staff (I wish I could name you all, because you were all wonderful), is very pleasant and welcoming. The Radiologists and nurses have been very caring. I was fortunate enough to have Nurse Kayla looking after me the past two days. Kayla was very friendly, eager to please and helped me relax for my procedures. After quite a few visits for cortisone injections and the past two days, ablation therapy, on my lumbar spine I have to say that each Doctor who attended to me was very kind, caring and explained everything to me before and during the procedures. I have total confidence in all the staff at Red Hill and would not hesitate to travel the distance should I need future treatments. Thank you all. I'll never forget your kindness.

Called ahead. Nobody picked up. The recording said e rays are walk in. I came after work but was turned away because my plain X-ray needed a booking. Booking only available 9:30-2pm. Useless if you actually work. Please consider booked X-rays one day per week to closing g time. How am I supposed to get the X-ray now?

My husband had to have an ultrasound on his left leg/calf following a recent fall. He'd already been to QScan at Red Hill last Friday for x-rays which showed no breakages, but had to return today for the ultrasound which they couldn't perform on Friday.So with a suspected torn calf muscle (doctor's prognosis after x-ray results) he then had to WALK UP 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS to get to the ultrasound suite at Red Hill. No lift/elevator/escalator.Seems really stupid to expect patients with likely injuries to have to walk up stairs to get tests done.Perhaps, for certain conditions and where appropriate, a suite on the ground floor should be made available for such tests for the patient's access and prevent further damage?

Fabulous experience. Two RF ablations for neuromas ever so skilfully done by exceptional doctors Messrs Osman and Napper. You could not be in better hands. Highly recommended.

Phone recording says modern comfortable waiting area. But rude reception asks patients to standup outside concrete area in the sun because have had covid 25 days ago.Not a pleasant place to go, other QScans locations are lot better.

Everything was A+. Easy to find. Lots of parking. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. I then had a ultrasound and a X-ray done. Both the people completing the scans were really nice and knowledgeable. Plus my appointment was at 3pm and my doctor called first thing the next morning to let me know he already had the scans. So they sent them SO quickly to my doctor. Amazing! Thank you.

I go here regularly for CT guided injections and Dr Osman is one of the best in the business. Always feel like the highest level of care is taken. Thank you

Did not release my scans to my doctor and resulted in major delays!!! Make sure you remind the receptionists to send the xray/reports!! The radiologist I had was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for that.

Had a steroid injection done previously at another X-ray clinic (not qscan) which was extremely painful. Today the injection was pretty much painless, just a bit uncomfortable. Thank you for such a stress free procedure.

Everything went okay, the staff were friendly, the Sonographer professional. Went for an Abdominal Ultrasound. Then when I went to my doctor a week later, the results hadn't arrived. He rang them up and they have no recollection of me even being there and have lost my results. This is an urgent matter so has left me incredibly stressed.
