Just got a quote from these guys. Friendly girl there who seemed to know her stuff and helped me establish the best size stage we need for our next club event. The price was much better than we've had from other companies in the past so the committee have ok'd it and we look forward to seeing how it looks at our event in September.

We hosted our first event down in Melbourne this year and were very happy with the price, quality and service of this staging.We booked it from Sydney, and they arrived on time with better staging than we get here. Faster and much cheaper than other quotes we got!I wish Sydney had staging this good.

Disappointing phone conversation. The person who answered didn't even introduce themselves or the business. I had to ask for their name and if I had the correct place. Even then they barely engaged in conversation responding with one word answers. When I asked if I could make an inquiry about staging hire, they said no because they weren't working atm. It was 11am on a weekday.

My event planner recommended this company and I’m SO glad she did! We needed an unusual size to fit the venue shape, and the men they sent installed exactly what we wanted.Our function went so well because the stage fitted perfectly and still had enough room for the band and presenters. Other companies said they couldn’t do the exact size we needed, only smaller, so luckily we found Instant Stages.The venue were very surprised too, as no other stage company had been able to do what they did.We will be using the same venue next time and they said we can have it again at the same price which was better than the others too.
