Got ignored at counter, was forced to wait 5 mins before getting annoyed & was forced to use self serve checkout due to no one manning the proper assisted counter. When they we're informed of the fact that they had now hired me as an employee by forcing me to SERVE MYSELF & that the rate i charge for providing service to myself is $50 per transaction they refused. They apologised for their poor in store practices thinking that might be the end of it & I would just go away but I stated that doesn't negate the fact that your company STILL OWES ME $50 for services rendered & for compensation of the inconvenience, frustration & anxiety your corporation has now chosen to inflict upon me!

The only staff I saw in the store was the lovely young woman as we came into the store. All checkouts were self serve. I do not get paid to work at your store. No customer service means eventually no store.

The change room floors were dirty and had lots of dust on them if I can see something as obvious as that our clean is the rest of the shop?

The assistant at customer services Target Marion was so lovely this evening! I had purchased an item, only to get home and discover I didn’t have it and could only assume I must have left it in store. This kind lady took my word for it after looking at my receipt and replaced the item for me. I wish I could remember her name.
