NEGATIVE 5 *, Customer service initially friendly but had to return multiple times as spacers fitted made my car shake at 80km! Poor mechanic attempted to rectify a number of times with no luck. Got an alignment and check on my car to make sure it was ok. Problem was the spacers cause when they were removed car travelled at 100km with no shake. On return of faulty products, customer service was appalling! I was continually hung up on, being told I was annoying and lied to that there was no staff member there I wanted to talk to available. Got my money back and would not recommend this place. If you do go, make sure you get a receipt!

Had issues with fitment on my wheels. I rang and told BSA the situation. They were confident they could rectify the issue. Moving forward, I dropped the wheels off and they had them ready for me to pick up within 24 hours. Their price was was very fair as well. Workmanship and quality is great. The 2 ladies in the office are very knowledgeable. I hope I never make the mistake again but If I ever do, I have FULL CONFIDENCE IN BSA WHEELS to do the job. 5 stars 110%

Received excellent service above and beyond from Jason @ BSA Wheels. The centre caps had been missing from my old G2 22” rims so the wagon was not looking quite right. Put up with it for a while and then After a quick google search to find a vendor of the wheels to source replacements, I sent an email to Jason @ BSA Wheels Friday evening and he surprised me by responding late that same night.I sent him a photo of the one cap I had left with its measurements and he sourced and sent me 4 replacements and the missing Allen key bolts at a very reasonable price. They also came with 4x new black Centre labels, but i chose to leave them off as i prefer the clean chrome look.Car looks complete now and I highly recommend Jason and the Team at BSA Wheels for the speed and quality of service they provided me. Thankyou.

If you're going to purchase from this place, make sure you take an interpreter with you because they LOVE to talk in Chinese amongst themselves after you ask a question. Boss lady talks to you like she's doing you a favour and is rude at best. Prices are NEVER what's advertised and product quality is questionable. Shop around

The customer service from BSA is outstanding, I had some unusual requirements for a set of wheel spacers for my race car. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that they would fit. On short notice too, Jason had them made and express posted to me in time for my next event. The Quality of the products from BSA is top shelf, with the help of the these spacers I was able to come out in 1st place. Awesome products, excellent service. I highly recommend BSA.

Amanda and staff provide excellent customer service. The rims were fitted and balanced while I waited. Pricing is very moderate got a great deal from gumtree. Quality is great very happy with end result.

I ordered an item from this business and not only the quality of the item and the shipping speed was 2nd to none the customer service blew me away. BSA Wheels really took there time to make sure I got the right product for my correct make and model vehicle to ensure that the fit was perfect.
