Staff at the registers are consistently rude and don’t want to be of any help. They don’t seem to enjoy what they do and it’s never a pleasant experience. One Pharmacist was lovely though! Will stick to online shopping as much as I can.

As others have said, impossible to find the entrance from within the shopping complex despite there being a sign directing towards the carpark and lifts.Best entering from the street level near Coles

Large store, but no floor staff to help find a product. Checkout staff unhelpful and insensitive. They ask you to repeat loudly the product you are looking for… sex gel, so everyone can hear. CH thinks it’s akin to shopping in a supermarket, that you can cruise the aisles filling up your basket. Don’t have the time. If you’re in a hurry go to your small local chemist who will find the product for you.

Called about promo amd confirmed with a staff member that the gift with $60 purchase was available. Drove 1 hour and was told they were sold out. Staff member wasn’t even apologetic. Asked for the manager, oh no, she’s gone home. Asked for the manager to call me, still no call back. Very disappointing!! Don’t advertise promotions if they are not available!!

Bit confusing on how to locate - it is to the right of the entrance to Eastpoint Food Fair (Coles entrance). Just below the entrance to the Edgecliff Medical Centre. Otherwise take the walkway next to Today's Dental.
