I would normally give this store a 5 because it's a great store and the staff are very friendly but unfortunately we have a parcel locked up in the store due to staff with covid and we have to wait 7 days to get it as for some unknown and unexplained reason it wasn't sent with all the other parcels to another post office for us to pick up not very happy with Australia Post at the moment don't try ringing them as they just hang up after a while and don't bother emailing as they can't even do that right and now my husband has days off to do a job which now can't be done until his next days off NOT HAPPY this is the first time we've had an issue with Australia Post hopefully OUR LAST
