Genius Childcare Mooroolbark

What a wonderful facility, the environment is so conductive for fun and adventure. The staff go above and beyond and are always friendly and welcoming and the children love them. The meals are very healthy and nutritious. Overall a fantastic centre and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing facilities, friendly and helpful staff - an overall great place for children of any age. I feel at ease taking my daughter to Genius childcare in Mooroolbark, I know that she is well looked after, engaging in lots of fun activities throughout the day and always fed yummy home cooked meals at the centre. Love the use of the app as it gives me peace of mind throughout the day!

Amazing facilities, the educators are lovely and professional. I have both my kids attending this centre and they were very unsettled at first being the first time they went to childcare. I was surprised as to how quickly they changed and adapted to the environment and the educators. Now when I leave them they run to give the educators a hug. We constantly receive live updates through the app and i can see exactly what my kids are up to while they are there. Highly recommend!!

My son started at this centre a few months ago and I was worried at first as a first time mum leaving my baby with strangers.He was 14 months old and considering majority of his life had been in isolation it was fair to say he was very overwhelmed.Like most of the kids his age.The centre itself is beautiful and I love that it's purpose built.The staff have also been an absolute God send.There have been many days where the room has been unsettled due to a multitude of reasons but the staff always reassured the children and myself. I could clearly see how much they cared and that they were doing the best they could. Every one of them would comfort the children and offer what them what they needed.I am so happy with this centre and everyone in it. I trust my son is in not only capable hands but caring ones.

Do not recommend!!!! It was a really good childcare until the management changed. Since then, the educators change very often, floating staff take majority part of the day, basically everyday I saw new faces.My son started to hate going to daycare, he would tantrum and scream not going there, that was when I was sure something must have happened depsite I was told he was happy everyday, as a mum, I know he was not okay! Whenever I picked him up, he was always outside even it was raining or cold with wet shoes or tops, if he was inside, he would be laying on the floor or in the corner alone, he looed like relieved when he saw me, I was hearbroken to see him like this. Also, I have to mention, my son was in kinder 3, but I never seen one kinder teacher or any teaching program!!! He learnt more in the new daycare in one week than 7 months back in this daycare!!!! Trust me, I have tried to communicate with the centre, no results. So I changed daycare very soon after.I do not want any other kid to go through what my my son has, so I decided to leave this review here for parents who are looking for a daycare to read.

As soon as we walked into genius I knew it was the perfect centre for my daughter.My daughter is greeted daily with open arms and smiles and the educators calling out her name for a big cuddle !The children are always doing/learning something new everyday.I will recommend this place to everyone, it’s a beautiful centre with beautiful educators :)
