To get help from staff who look like they're trying to hide from you is pretty hard. Although not all staff are like that. I have had good help a couple of years ago.

I have been to JB Hi Fi 3 times in the past month in preparation to a buy a laptop for Uni. All three times I have been pleasantly surprised with their outstanding service and amount of effort they have been putting in. Every employee I have spoken to has gone above and beyond to accomodate me, and got me all the information I needed to make a decision on an expensive purchase. I highly recommend, and hope that these workers receive the appreciation and acknowledgement for their amazing work.

Seriously understaffed!! 3 floor staff struggling to keep up. Waited for 15 mins just to get any acknowledgment then staff member apologized for the wait, waited another 10 mins and I watched many many frustrated customers walk out.Could have easily tripled their turnover for the day if more staff was available.

While in many ways, a fantastic store that is well laid out and well placed. It is sadly quite understaffed and in need of more employees to assist with concerns. However, everyone that does work here is doing an excellent job.

Always very busy, can be hard to find someone to help you out. Staff usually knowledgeable and eager to help once you get hold of someone.
