I'm impressed with the service of Evo I recently bought a discovery ultra 3000 for my grandson and I have not had 1 problem with the product or the service

Great customer service, always happy to take a call and answer questions. I purchased an Evo Scorpion and it's a great ride. 2400watt dual motor with top speed off 70kmh. It's goes up any hill with ease.

Purchased Evo Cobra, within 6 mins of riding the rear hub motor had fallen apart due to the side plate screws not being installed correctly (not installed or assembled by me), quick call with the distributor for a refund or replacement motor, I had the deck opened and had moved things around so no warranty or refund (fair call, I didn’t touch hub motors at all so still expected a replacement hub motor since it was blatantly obvious the assembler had made a mistake), I was told the hub motor had been replaced and it was ready to pick up again, when I arrived I noticed a nice shiny tyre, clean putter shell of the high motor so I believed it had been replaced, got it home to find the same hub motor that had fallen apart at 57k’s the previous day had been reused with different screws put in the side plate to the rest of the plates, some screws where still loose, others stripped, motor still “catchy” and not wanting to spin freely… no further help offered, no calls answered, no txts answered, just straight out ignored…This is on top of the already 2 year old battery pack I found in a “new” scooter, numerous loose/stripped screws, spacers and washers just left in the wrong places (2 rotor spacers on the rear rotor and none on the front for example) and a melted fuse between the battery and a controller sooo now I have a $2,195 possible fire hazard that’s under powered and horribly put together…. Least I got excuses for upgrades but I’m really disappointed with the experience.

I have purchased a evo scorpion and this thing is a weapon. Powers up any hill even with my 5yr old on with me. Wheel spins on hard take off, hang on tight when you ride this one. Cruises at 60kmh effortlessly and comfortably. Great brakes too. Amazing customer service from these guys also. Highly recommend.
