After suffering with intermittent issues with our old hot water service it finally died last night (a Thursday) while I was in the shower with my 2 year old. Having 3 young kids at home, I was desperate to have it replaced as soon as possible!I rang Ridge just after 7am today (Friday) and he answered straight away, heard my concerns and gave me a quote over the phone, saying he could send a lad around this morning to replace the unit. I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would take me a few days at the very least to get someone to come around.The time given was a 30 minute window between 9.30-10am and his guy Jack showed up promptly within that time and had no complaints about unfortunately being out in the rain to work.He was professional, worked cleanly and notified us when things needed to be turned off. He explained details about the new unit when it was installed and information about the warranty.I have not even received the bill yet but I am already leaving a positive review because tonight I had the best and hottest shower I've had in the last 5 years of living in my house!Thank you Ridge Plumbing and thank you Jack for the amazing job you did today!

We used Ridge plumbing for our ensuite addition. We were very happy with all the plumbing work completed including sewerage, stormwater and all bathroom fittings. They were very prompt and would go out their way to help sort out any issues. We were so happy with the end result using them again to complete further works at our house and would highly recommend.

Rich installed 2 whirly birds on our new shed. Rich was able to complete it in a timely manner while being conscious of his employees and his safety.He is transparent in his approach and was able to discuss with us the best sizes to ensure the equipment would be suitable for application.100% would recommend in commercial and domestic industries.

In this day and age it’s hard to find a genuine, reliable and hard working tradie. So to find Ridge, I can say we were more than happy. It’s been a long time since we had someone to do an outstanding job without ripping us off. His customer service is fantastic, as is his communication. I asked about getting a new hot water service and not only did he go through the different options, but also recommended what options wouldn’t be the most viable in the long run (although he probably would’ve made more money with the other options out there he told me about that cost more- thank you!).Couldn’t recommend him more highly and will definitely be using his services again.
