Great beach and surrounding dunes. Was worth the trip out and a great place to camp whilst out riding the gravel and sand roads. Beautiful place in South Australia.

Stunning. Lots of little lizards on the path to the beach. Really cute. Loads of surfers when we were there. Well worth a visit after seeing the pink lake (Macdowell).

An absolute Surfers Mecca... Campgrounds within close proximity of the surfing beaches, neat and tidy environmental area.Privately owned land, campsites pay to stay per person.

An isolated beach south of Penong accessible by dirt road. There is a campsite in the dunes behind the beach with limited facilities. Didn't stay myself but seems to be a favourite spot for surfers. The beach is fairly rocky and very picturesque.

Obviously a great spot to surf. Blown out when we visited but cool spot either way. Camping is allowed in the camp ground but I here it’s pretty expensive for what you get. Penong has an awesome van park and is only 15 mins away with a pub too.

Just marvellous really rough road in but all the best surf spots are like that. Offshore wind 4ft swell and not a lot of bodies in the water Perfect

One of most beautiful places in south oz. We should all work together in making sure it stays that way. So keep to designated walking trails,take your rubbish home with you,don't dump it on the sand like others do.
