This experience has given us the confidence that we are more than capable of filing our own taxes.Will Hlaing Tun's communication skills leave a lot to be desired, I understand English is not his first language, but we found it really hard on day to get our message across.He demanded that we produce and email every receipt of a claim, even though we signed documents clearing him of any blame. If we were told of this before, we would have come prepared.He also wanted us to provide a tax report from Koinly or a similar service on the spot, even though we told him we did not have any transactions over the last year. We finally told him we would amend this later.He refused payment when it was all finally done. Later sent an invoice at 3 pm, and a text message not too soon after, hinting at delays of tax filing if payment was not made (even though payment was made before the text came through).He was also not upfront with the charges, with an excuse that he did not expect us to have anything more out of the ordinary.I cannot understand these 5 star reviews, we found no value in this engagement in the least and will not be back (the emails I do not recall signing up for have been marked as spam).EDIT: Thanks for your response, but you clearly haven't read the entirety of my review. I was happy to provide the receipts and did so too, but not at being told that they could be claimed without them and making me hunt for them then and there.And no, we have no misunderstandings, this is not the first time we have filed tax in Australia.If you must respond, do choose to address all the points, rather than pick and choose.

I would highly recommend STP Carseldine to look after your tax affairs. Will's knowledge and proficiency in both personal and business tax promptly addressed and then submitted my outstanding returns. Lesson learnt; I should not have left it so long before going to the professionals.

This is my third consecutive year doing tax return with Will. For this year tax return, I sent soft copies of receipts for work-related expenses via email prior to my visit to his office. When I arrived to his office, Will has already entered all the data into the system. He asked me to check all the details and my tax return application was lodged within 15 minutes.
