We had an unfortunate incident with the car near traralgon. Fortunately, we had full coverage and were safe.We took the car to the rental. But the official was very mean. He said he cant give his car for people like us. We were already shocked by the incident and his attitude hurt us even more. He even didn't knew any policies of budget- he stated we had to pay for towing and the car repairs even if we have the insurance coverage from them.Finally he made some calls and gave us another car. But the impression to the rental was already gone. So two stars

Thank you for your great customer service. We hired 2 trucks on the 30th and were very happy. Then on the 4th we found our selves in urgent need of a truck at 4:50pm they held a truck and waited till I got there to pick it up which was a bit after 5. They looked after us with price and were so kind and caring . Thankyou so very much.From The Thomas and Lade Family

Car was clean and easy pickup dropoff, however the rental quote vs. invoice was 40% higher than what was quoted for no apparent reason. Their site advertises no credit card fees for VISA yet we were charged extra, the car was returned full, about an hour earlier than we'd scheduled, and clean, so these hidden fees which were not stated have come from unknown reasons. I wont be using budget again.

Too expensive, very poor customer service, Remote control for lift missing making it very hard to load items by myself having to jump up and down after lifting and loading.. Would Reccomend Hertz Truck and Car Rentals. $106 per day compared to Budget $186 on Cheap day and in excess of $220 normal day

I booked online. Very accommodating when they didn't have the truck I wanted and allowed me to pick one of the bigger ones they did have for the same price.In the end I couldn't drive it as I'm a P plater but they offered to hold the truck for the day to see if I could get a friend to pick it up ect. Though it didn't work out in the end for me I found my experience with them very good and I'll be coming right back should I need a truck when I'm full licenced
