I cannot speak highly enough in regards to the wonderful service I got from Reece at Kennards. He answered my million & one questions to relieve my already worried self. Recently needed to rent out a storage unit for a massive clean up we were doing. Wasn’t 100% sure on the process or time we would need the unit for, however Matt and Andy were extremely helpful and also made what I had turned into a stressful situation very calm with a quick resolution. Thankful for both these gents and will definitely be going back do to there service and hospitality.

I have picked up many parcels from there. The staff are always friendly, great opening hours so I can make it there after work and easy to park right out the front of the entrance. The process is super fast as well.

I was returning some packages from Amazon, I first went to National Storage as it was closer to my house but they told me my return barcode wasn't working and to go somewhere else. I then went to Kennards because it was the next closest and I dealt with Matt. From the start Matt and the rest of the team were very helpful and happy to go the extra mile. The barcode didn't work again but instead of telling me to go somewhere else they said to leave it with them, took my details and said they'll sort it out and call me and that's exactly what they did. I came back the next day and returned another package and will return all my packages here from now on.

Very happy with my visit here. Rhys / Reece was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. So helpful that I probably won’t need to go back! All the bases have been covered. All moving needs have been met. Highly recommend.

I bought packing boxes from Reece at Wollongong Kennards.He was very friendly and customer service focused. Explained the difference between box sizes and helped load my car up.

They account for all of your storage needs.Update 21/5/23: Just vacated my storage unit and I am still impressed with how helpful everyone from the team was in helping me move in and out of the storage unit during such a chaotic time of my life. They're flexibility with my needs really helped to make the whole process much easier.
