Extremely disappointed. Was spoken to rudely, and told to F off by the manager after I tried to price match an item on the shelf with other toyworlds in Australia. They wouldn't price match, so I said to a cashier I'm sick of paying thru the nose for everything in Albany, and that's when I got attacked by the manager. He told me maybe Albany would be better off without me. I said I'm glad I don't live here.

Bought an rc car there for our sons birthday, sadly it didn't work out of the box, which we didn't discover til his big day. We were traveling, but the manager Ruth was super helpful and arranged to post us a replacement immediately. Great service!

Extremely poor customer service, I tried to return an unused, still sealed toy but I was met with store policies about returns. I explained my mistake with the purchase and I needed to money to buy the right christmas present. I left feeling angry and frustrated. The staff had little to no compassion and made no attempts to help me. Now I am left with a gift voucher to a store that I will never spend money in again. Poor customer service in a world with social media is an easy fix to my frustration. edit $100
