I reached out to Naomi before my scheduled gallbladder surgery as I wanted to make sure I had someone to go to if I started to experience some of the dreaded digestive issues post gallbladder surgery. Naomi helped me to prepare my body for surgery with guidance on dietary changes and supplements that would support my body. Even though I knew Naomi’s preference would be to work with root cause and avoid surgery if possible, I still felt 100% supported by Naomi. When I woke from the anaesthetic and was told that they couldn’t remove my gallbladder due to complicated adhesions I was obviously disappointed but I also felt a great sense of relief that I had Naomi on my side and that she would be there to help me with whatever I needed moving forward.

I‘ve being seeing Michelle for kinesiology for the past couple months. She’s helped me to understand where my negative thought patterns have come from and has given me tools to help move forward. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone that’s feeling stuck in repetitive patterns.
