Was in the store today, no help available and finally when I thought I had what I wanted, went to pay and waited and waited while the Asian girl at the cashier’s desk flirted and socialised with a customer as did another bloke (who also worked there, must’ve been the customer’s mate) for at least 10 mins. Other staff came to the cashiers desk and didn’t do anything or they might have been busy with other customers. Eventually, a young man called Jorge came over, apologised to us and served us ( Asian girl still ‘ busy’ with her customer while he was showing her something on his phone). Thank you Jorge but the Asian girl needs to do her socialising elsewhere. I was furious when I left the store. Don’t bother with this store.

Bought a Samsung mobile phone and signed a Telstra plan. They have 2 different promotions running. One with $400 discount, the other with $100 gift card. They said I could only have one of them. So I chose the $400 discount. Various other customers reported they had got both $400 discount and $100 gift card. I went back to asked them. They insisted that other store are doing the wrong thing. The inconsistency made me feel bad.

Just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this store. All the staff were super accommodating and I was asked multiple times if I was served whilst I was waiting for my items. Special mention to Ian for his professionalism and assistance with my new laptop, MS suite and warranty. He was very informative and genuine and I have no hesitation coming back here again in future.

Good store. Great size and very well stocked. Almost impossible to find a staff member to help, but if you know what you want, you'll be very happy with this place.

The man who helped me choose the laptop was fantastic! He did an amazing job, but the lady who processed the purchase didn't apply the $30 cash back promotion. After it was put through, and I realised, I asked why she didn't do it. She replied I didn't ask her to apply it. I pointed out it's illogical to advertise a promotion then not automatically apply it. Why would I ask her to apply a promotion which was so heavily advertised, it makes no sense. I'd assumed they were aware of their own promotion. She again reiterated that I should have asked for it. I got no apology, she didn't offer to refund $30, nothing - she tried to imply I was in the wrong. If I didn't have a crying screwing baby with me, I would have just returned the $2200 purchase. But I let it go. But honestly, this experience has cancelled out the great experience I had with your other staff member. To lure customers in on the assurance of a promotion (even if only $30) and then not apply the promotion is disingenuous and disappointing. I really can't say I have any interest in returning to JB HiFi unless I absolutely have to.

Sandy is an excellent salesperson in the store and has great customer service skills! She answered all the product questions professionally and possesss great product knowledge!

The shop is conviniently located near the parking area, lower ground floor. There are heaps of sales and bargains. Always pack of shoppers even on weekdays.

Outstanding customer service, Zack has been an amazing guy, helped us to make the right decision. He is professional and his customer skills is outstanding. Come and ask for the most helpful personnel at JBHiFi Homebush. Zack you have made my day.

Not happy with this storeI aked the man to buy a USB for my mobile to connect to the car and he give me USB but it's not working!! When I paid I told the lady that I'm a member of hp hi-fi and she told me after you paid! I remembered herWhen I was in the store it was empty.I'll back to another store coz DFO is far from me.
