Base 9 Tattoos

I trusted Jess (liljtattoos) with my very first tattoo last week and she absolutely blew me away. She made the journey from start to finish so much fun and I couldn’t be happier with the end product. I have spent countless hours being tattooed by Pabz and Laura who are amazing tattooists that have turned my body into a piece of art. They take pride in their work and also make sure that you feel comfortable and provide you with interesting, deep and funny conversation (or headphones if you wan to zone out).The whole shop has great energy that you can feel as soon as you walk in the door. All the tattooists are very friendly and welcoming. My favourite part of the day is the end where you get to see all the amazing tattoos that all the artists have done and how happy everyone is.Pabz is a great tattooist, life counselor, comedian and friend.I highly recommend BASE 9.

I go to Base 9 and get tattooed by Ryan Rivetz.Having been tattooed at many places with varying experiences, I can safely say this is a great studio and always such a friendly and welcoming experience.Ryan is a top notch artist who is always supportive, receptive and understanding of any ideas you have and always knocks it out of the park. And most importantly makes you feel super comfortable.I will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Rosie was incredible - she understood what I wanted better than I did and came up with a beautiful mayfly design for my arm. Her B&W fine line work is exquisite - I couldn't be happier with my tattoo and her expertise. Thank you Rosie!!
