Daniel and his team have been maintaining my system since 2013.I have found them to be excellent communicators and any questions are answered with knowledge and a smile. Customer Service is excellent and if you forget a service they more often than not email to let you know about your next service. Highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the service provided by the team at Easter Solar Cleaning & Maintenance. When I started having issues with my solar inverter, they didn't just assume that the inverter needed replacing (like other electricians I contacted) - they came and investigated properly and found the issue could be repaired easily. Their communication was also fantastic - providing thorough initial advice over the phone, updating me on scheduling and making effort to ensure we could find the most cost-effective solution to the problem. I highly recommend them!

Adam was super helpful in setting up my cleaning and maintenance of the panels on the property we recently moved into, communicated very clearly despite my complete lack of knowledge regarding solar panels. Beau rang me up right after the job to let me know it was complete and gave me the rundown on the results and their implications for the future. I then received a detailed report of the service soon after, with notes on any damage or potentially developing issues, along with photos. Really good value for money, super fast and effective communicators and really nice on top of all that, highly recommend.

Do yourself a favour and get Eastern Solar to come out and maintain and clean your solar panels. They offer amazing service, keep you up to date and consult where necessary on any issues. They are friendly, super reliable and clearly know what they are doing. 5 stars is not enough. They are worth a lot more.

Splendid team who answered my questions, explained their work and quickly tested the entire solar system, checking all the key parts. We appreciated their attention to detail and the photographs in the final technical report. We will certainly be booking this group for a return visit in two years.

Eastern Solar were great! It was easy to arrange a cleaning and maintenance check of my solar panels and inverter. The accredited installer/electrician arrived exactly on time and completed a no fuss, but efficient and effective check and clean of the solar system on my roof. A full service report of maintenance checks, the system’s performance and photos of the panels was supplied by email upon completion. Highly recommend this company.

Great Service, and very helpful. They turned up on time and their communication was very clear and professional. The service man was very polite and knowledgeable, my solar system was fixed and back up and running in a short time frame. the follow up report was very helpful as well. It was a pleasure talking to Daniel and Adam leading up to my appointment. In just a few days, Beau and Cam arrived and did a thorough inspection, cleaning and repair of my solar panels on my second story roof. They explained the benefits of switching from the old AC isolator to a new DC isolator unit and were able to make the change in the same visit.
