It's okay. Greeted warmly on arrival. It's just showing its age. Note that there's no sign on the highway, so super easy to sail right on by.

Great spot, clean and comfortable with friendly welcome from owner and his sidekick “Mickey”. Easy to get to the pioneer settlement and rest of Swan Hill. Would happily use this place for a base for exploring Swan Hill.

Simple no fuss motel. Old but has everything and functional at good rate.Has good shower that is self-contained for water, fan that isn't too cold or loud, 2nd mirror outside bathroom, tissues, good lighting inside and outside to find from street at night, large sleeping space. Surprising how many comparable motels don't have these things but here is good.

The building is completely purple outside, you won't miss it. The owner is nice and welcoming. He let me do the check in a hour earlier and told about the difficulty to find people who wants to work so ended to cleans the room himself. The room was clean, decent size for a budget motel. However, the hair-dryer and the bed side lamp didn't work. Was late so we didn't bother to reach somebody. Overall ok for one night.

It was lovely to receive such a friendly greeting when I arrived tired. I was quickly settled in my room. It was very comfy, spacious and spotlessly clean. It was like having my own cabin. Great value and I hope to come back soon

Great place to stop. Comfortable and affordable. Staff had our heater on waiting for us after a very long drive and late arrival. Ease getting into our room and checking out.

The service from the Paddle Steamer Motel was great. Answered by call & questions promptly for a same day booking. Has good services and a communal kitchen to use. Comfortable bed, TV, coffee & tea making facilities, good shower, what more can you need.
