This McDonald's is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The tables are clean, so is the playing area for kiddies. The restaurant seems in good shape. Polite staff members. Would go back again.

Food and service good today. Freshly cooked chips were super yummy.Male bathroom needed a clean. Bad smell in there and whole are seemed neglected.

We have given up getting coffee here. Atleast 75pc are not drinkable. We started taking them back and telling them but alas the second cup isn’t any better.

I waited 20 minutes at the Willows Drive through last night. All that wait for a soft serve! Not impressed. Not even an apology for the wait

Extremely disappointed at their service, ordered large meals and large sundae tonight received everything small with half the serve. Even the large fries I ordered was small and only filled half the bag. Suggestion for the owner, put enough crew to cope with long queue, they’re running around serving customers with extremely little time to pay attention to the quality of their service.

Always have issues at this maccas. Used the app, was sent to waiting bay. Waited 15 minutes as I watched 25 cars get their meals. Went up to the window and they said they couldn't see my order. Food bought out. No drinks. In total waited 20 minutes for a single meal and coffee. The burger was slapped together in the box with a heap of sauce everywhere and tomato and meat half off the burger. No apology from managers. They sent a poor girl from front counter to give me my meal.

Don’t expect quick service in the drive thru between 10p and midnight. Waits of 20 plus minutes every night. Understaffed so staff don’t pay attention to quality of food. Can even mix the chai latte powder into a drink.

Went to buy a Cowboys Burger ......can anyone spot what is missing? For those of poor sight, it’s missing the BUNS! The staff found it funny and even tried to convince me I had ordered it without buns. No I did not! It is not, as far as I am aware, even an option! I demanded my money back and I did receive a refund. Now, looking at these pictures just make me feel ill and I don’t want to eat there anymore.
